New version of EMT's Operations Support System (core of the technological architecture that correlates all the geopositioned information of its fleet: ticketing, console-driver events, waiting times, detours, Open Data, etc.) that includes artificial intelligence elements to improve the automation of processes such as improved real-time management, regulation actions during the development of its bus service, etc.
EMT, in its objective of decarbonisation and digital transformation, is electrifying its fleet and developing innovative automated operations centres for electric recharging of buses with data analytics capacity.
