Robotisation and digitisation of the management of street cleaning citizen notifications

Automated Programming Robot (RPA) with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Programming (NLP) to digitise the process of managing citizen notifications on cleaning public spaces. The robot accesses the incidents registered in the corporate notification applications and, using AI, reads them, classifies them by days and categories, and refers them to the corresponding action teams, after which they are automatically closed. Madrid manages through SIDERA ITS & Tunnels two of the most advanced Control Centres in the world: AZCA with 40 tunnels and MadridCalle30 with 48km of tunnel.
