TOWARDS A HUMAN ADAPTIVE CITY

Smart Urban Spaces: incremental incorporation of technologies for the city, in collaboration with universities.
The transformation of the city being led by the municipal administration will not have the necessary scope without the participation of industry, companies, researchers, students, entrepreneurs, social groups and users of municipal services.
Through an agreement between Madrid City Council and the Polytechnic University of Madrid, a physical and virtual space for innovation and excellence has been set up to establish a model that will enable the deployment of an open, neutral and interoperable IoT network that will drive the digital transformation of services, based on cutting-edge technologies such as 5G SA, IoT, cybersecurity, data-IA, which are the 4 initial areas of the new agreement that begins in 2024.
